This global internship allows HR enthusiasts to work across geographies, collaborate with remote teams, and develop key 21st-century skills required in the dynamic world of Human Resources. You’ll gain end-to-end exposure to all verticals of HR—not just recruitment.


Responsibilities

 Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Design, publish & manage job postings across platforms

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing

  • Build recruitment pipelines with international institutions & job boards

  • Represent the company in global HR forums & job fairs

  • Draft creative employer branding content and hiring campaigns


HR Strategy & Policy Development

  • Assist in building global HR policy documents

  • Study and align practices with international labor compliance

  • Propose frameworks for performance management, feedback, and KPIs

  • Support strategic workforce planning based on analytics


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Coordinate global onboarding, documentation & verifications

  • Maintain intern & employee databases (via Google Sheets or ATS)

  • Assist in contract drafting, NDAs, and confidentiality agreement

  • Ensure alignment with GDPR & local HR regulations


Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Design virtual onboarding programs & learning paths

  • Organize training calendars, workshops, and webinars

  • Collaborate with speakers, mentors, and guest trainers

  • Conduct L&D feedback and training effectiveness assessments


Employee Engagement & Inclusion

  • Plan and execute monthly engagement campaigns (e.g., Wellness Week, DEI Day)

  • Conduct surveys and sentiment analysis to measure team morale

  • Design digital appreciation tools, virtual badges & feedback systems

  • Create inclusive virtual workspaces and intern communities


HR Technology, Automation & Analytics

  • Support implementation of HRIS, AI-based tools, and task dashboards

  • Automate feedback forms, reports, and evaluations

  • Build and analyze HR dashboards to derive actionable insights

  • Research HR tech trends and recommend innovative tools


Performance Management & Intern Leadership

  • Develop performance tracking tools (KRAs, KPIs, SMART goals)

  • Facilitate regular feedback, performance reviews, and evaluations

  • Mentor junior interns, assign tasks, and resolve basic queries

  • Lead intern team meets, cross-departmental collaborations


Content Creation & Communication

  • Write blogs, social media content, and case studies on HR topics

  • Create infographics, posters, newsletters, and presentations

  • Manage internal communications and LinkedIn branding

  • Organize HR knowledge-sharing sessions for interns globally
