Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to spearhead our Aviation recruitment and training initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our online presence, driving job board engagement, and promoting our HR and career development courses. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on Aviation job opportunities globally, engaging with Airlines, and building a strong Social Media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Aviation Job Market Analysis:

Research and identify job openings within the Aviation industry across AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

Job Board Management:

Create and post accurate and compelling job listings on Flying-Crews.com.

Maintain and update job listings to reflect current opportunities.

Monitor job listing performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Content Creation & Social Media :

Generate shareable URL links and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram.

Tag relevant Airlines in Social Media posts.

Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram.

Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with Airlines and Aviation industry stakeholders.

Engage with Aviation professionals and job seekers to enhance platform experience.

Training & Course Promotion:

Promote and facilitate enrollment in our Pro HR Courses and Campus to Corp (C2C) courses.

Interact with MBA students and HR professionals to drive course enrollment.

Oversee the online Aviation Internship program.

Partnership & Content Opportunities:

Identify and facilitate opportunities for LinkedIn creators and entrepreneurs to feature their success stories on our blog-based platforms (e.g., Portrait-Business-Woman.com, 10BestInCity.com).

Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote job listings and training programs.

Collaborate with the development team to enhance the user experience on the Flying-Crews.com job board.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or recruitment, ideally within the Aviation industry.

Strong understanding of Aviation job markets in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using job posting platforms and applicant tracking systems.

Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Passion for the Aviation industry.
