Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and email marketing campaigns to engage potential students and enroll them in our courses.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our courses, addressing prospective students’ needs and queries.

  • Convert leads into enrollments, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students through proactive follow-ups and engagement.

  • Track sales activities, enrollments, and follow-ups and provide regular updates on work progress.

  • Collaborate with a team to create and implement lead generation strategies.

  • Provide insights on student feedback and market trends to improve sales strategies.

  • Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn profile, reflecting current offerings and promotions.

  • Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and attract potential students.

  • Engage with LinkedIn connections, respond to inquiries, and expand the company’s online network.

  • Provide regular metrics and updates on LinkedIn engagement and performance.

  • Adapt sales and LinkedIn strategies based on performance insights and smart decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, services, or a related field.

  • Proficient with Hubspot,Apollo , Linkedin sales navigator and other ATS tools. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and close deals.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong decision-making abilities, with a strategic approach to sales and social media engagement.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, email marketing, and managing relationships.

  • Experience managing LinkedIn profiles and creating content that drives engagement.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Ability to track, measure, and report sales metrics and LinkedIn performance updates.
