This role is crucial for maintaining a positive work environment, fostering employee development, and supporting the growth of FlyingCrews.com. The Project Manager will also manage our Internship program, contribute to business development initiatives, and oversee job listings on our job board, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the role involves promoting our company's multiple job posting products and courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support:

Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement strategies that support business growth.
Assist in creating and executing business plans, focusing on talent acquisition and development to meet business needs.
Participate in branding and marketing efforts to enhance FlyingCrews.com’s visibility in the job market.
Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Organize team-building activities and events to boost employee morale and engagement.
Implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Job Board Management:

Post job listings on the Flying-Crews.com job board, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Monitor job postings for relevance and update as necessary.
Work with clients to understand their job posting needs and provide guidance on creating effective job ads.

Promotion of Job Posting Products and Courses:

Promote FlyingCrews.com’s multiple job posting products and services to potential clients.
Highlight the benefits of our job posting packages and courses to attract more users and clients.
Develop marketing strategies to effectively showcase our job posting solutions and educational offerings.

Qualifications:

MBA in Project Management or experience in a related field.
1+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success. Self-motivated freshers may also apply.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with project management software and tools for employee management and recruitment.
Previous experience managing interns or junior staff is highly desirable.
