Position Overview


The Video Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and execution of video content for the organization. This role involves managing the video production team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all video content aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies. The Video Manager must have a strong understanding of video production processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities


Video Production Management:

Oversee all aspects of video production, from concept to completion.

Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of video projects.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop video concepts that meet marketing objectives.


Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and other production staff.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.


Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, communications, and other departments to align video content with overall brand strategy.

Liaise with external vendors and freelancers as needed for additional production support.

Ensure consistent communication and collaboration across departments.


Creative Development:

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into video production.

Ensure all video content is visually appealing, engaging, and aligns with brand guidelines.

Review and approve scripts, storyboards, and final edits.


Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

Source and maintain production equipment and software.

Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and quality.


Quality Control:

Maintain high standards for video quality, ensuring consistency across all projects.

Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions to improve team performance.

Ensure all videos meet technical requirements and are optimized for various platforms.


Reporting and Analytics:

Track and analyze video performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content.

Prepare regular reports on video production activities and outcomes.

Use data insights to refine and improve future video projects.


Qualifications


Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.


Experience: 

Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. Even Freshers Can also Apply for Internships initially.


Technical Skills: 

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), knowledge of camera equipment and production techniques.


Leadership Skills: 

Strong leadership and team management abilities.


Communication Skills: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Project Management: 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


Creativity: 

Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.


Attention to Detail: 

Keen eye for detail and quality.


Requirements for Video Manager Position:


Video Production: 

Produce 2-3 videos daily based on content provided by the company.


Work Schedule:

Timings: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Days: Monday to Friday
