Flying-Crews is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role supports the HR Manager in executing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions effectively.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS maintenance, and benefits administration.
Support the HR Manager in overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and recommend initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including the preparation and distribution of performance reviews.
Assist managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance and engagement.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and assist in the design and delivery of training programs.
Coordinate professional development opportunities and monitor employee participation.
Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and submit required HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and diversity metrics.
Assist in conducting HR audits and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR-related programs and strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
