Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong understanding of job markets in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using AI job posting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
