Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through various channels, including blog creation, video content creation, and job postings on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Linktree, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with our target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging and informative blogs related to our company's services and industry trends.

2. Develop compelling video content to promote our brand and attract potential clients.

3. Post job listings and company updates on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Linktree, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

4. Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns.

6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of upcoming projects.
