As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, driving growth, and sharing in the financial success. Key Responsibilities:
Co-Create the Vision:
Work closely with the existing founder to co-create and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Business Development:
Lead efforts to identify and secure new clients within the aviation industry, build partnerships, and explore new revenue streams.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Leverage your expertise in digital marketing and SEO to develop innovative strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Team Building:
As the company grows, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals.
Financial Oversight:
Collaborate on financial planning, budgeting, and revenue management to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
Client Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring our services meet or exceed expectations.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to co-create and grow a business.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the aviation industry and its unique challenges (preferred).

Compensation:
This is a Co-Founder position with a 50% revenue-sharing basis. As AeroSoft Corp grows and generates revenue, you will receive an equal share of the company's profits.
