Position Overview:

As the Group HR Head at Asiatic International Corp, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the Human Resources (HR) function across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives. Your focus will be on aligning HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and driving a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and anticipate future HR requirements.

Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top-quality candidates.

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new hires.

Create and manage talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

Promote a positive work environment and maintain employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.


Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive.

Ensure accurate and timely administration of payroll and benefits processes.


HR Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR programs and processes.

Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.


Employee Development and Training:

Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of relevant training programs.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Support career growth and progression through mentorship and coaching initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree from IIM is preferred.

Proven experience as an HR leader or senior HR manager, preferably in a multinational or large organization.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee development.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
