Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and Execute International Aviation Education Project Portfolio Management [PPM] in different Univ / Institutes in India / Abroad
Network through Aviation and Education Industry contacts, Association memberships, Trade groups, social media, and employees
Develop and track goals for the Recruiting and Hiring process for International Aviation Education Project Portfolio Management [PPM]
Coordinate and implement college Recruiting initiatives
Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Work with Hiring managers to create Job descriptions
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of Recruiting plans and implementation
Develop a pool of Qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate Recruiting

Stay up to date with latest Social Media best Practices and Technologies
Use Social Media Marketing tools such as Buffer
Attend educational conferences
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via Social Media to create a strong network
Hire and train other in the team
Provide constructive feedback
Adhere to rules and regulations
Present to Senior Management
Social Media Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Social Media Strategist using Social Media for brand awareness and impressions
