Air Cargo Plan - Srishti Malkotia Dir Cargo.

Greetings of the day team,
This is Srishti Malkotia, Director of Cargo department. Without wasting any minute I will start with my business plan for cargo department. First of all the target market for cargo department will be high valuable cargo which include, Jewellery, Luxurious Automobiles, race horses, Perishable cargo which will consist of Meat, Poultry, flowers, seasonal apparel, electronics, auto parts and time sensitive goods such as medicines and pharmaceuticals. 
The documentations that we will require are-
General Business License
Certification from Secretary of Transportation Department 
Operator Certificate From Federal Aviation Administration
Insurance plan for the business and employees 
Plan for the drug and alcohol program which will be used to test our employees
Other Specifications-
Warehouse (Normal, Cold Storage and Vault)- We would need 3 different warehouses to facilitate the cargo. 
Ground Equipment- Unit Loading Devices, Containers, Pallets (Different sizes), Dollies, Chocks etc
Ground Handling Staff 
Weight and Balance Department (very important department)
To expand the business further and for better management, we can also consider IT support for our cargo management system like ChampCargo System which will not only help us get our access into the local supply chain but also expand our contacts to local freight forwarders.

AIR CHARTER BUSINESS PLAN

The service offered ALES AIRLINES is to charter and arrange flights on behalf of the Company’s individual and corporate clients. Management has already begun to source a number of private jet operators that maintain extensive fleets of small jet engine aircraft. For arranging a flight. It will receive a 15% commission deducted from the cost of each flight for its services. Management expects that the business will arrange approximately $8 million dollars of flights within the first year of operation.
MISSION: It is the goal of the Company to create a business that provides customers with a seamless way of charting private flights to and from any destination in the world. Management intends to work diligently to provide seamless operations that quickly place clients with their needed flights.

Economic Outlook:
Currently, the economic market condition in the United States is in recession. This slowdown in the economy has also greatly impacted real estate sales, which has halted to historical lows. Many economists expect that this recession will continue until mid-2021, at which point the economy will begin a prolonged recovery period.

Assumptions
Air Charter, Inc. will have an annual revenue growth rate of 16% per year.
The Owner will acquire $100,000 of debt funds to develop the business.
The loan will have a 10-year term with a 9% interest rate.
Marketing Plan
Ales Airline Inc intends to maintain an extensive marketing campaign that will ensure maximum visibility for the business in its targeted market.
