HR Manager Letter for Team AirCrews Aviation Pvt Ltd

Dear Team,
I hope you all are doing well. I write this mail to express that I am extremely pleased with your efforts to meet the expectations. Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. We here at AirCrews Aviation Pvt Ltd value the health and well-being of our employees the most.
I would like to extend my appreciation for your brilliant work during this pandemic.
Employees are expected to continue to Work from Home as scheduled. If at all you have to go to the office, a letter is attached that should be kept with you when commuting to and from work should your compliance with the stay-at-home order if questioned.
During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation. Few do’s and dont’s are as follows. 
·      Do not panic!
·      Do not touch your face
·      Cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue.
·      Frequently wash your hands with soap and water
·      Drink plenty of water/liquids and eat nutritious food

·      Do not travel unless necessary

As the impact of this situation evolves, we will continue to evaluate market conditions, make additional adjustments as necessary, and update our plans going forward.
As always we place a top priority on ensuring the health and safety of you, your families and our communities while ensuring the business community and our customer needs. We are confident we will get through this challenge together and become a stronger One AirCrews Aviation Pvt Ltd  as a result.
